Guidelines Regarding Fee Payment
About Fee Payment
Fee is taken at the school on monthly basis. Fee is taken without any fine till the 10^th of every month. If there is a holiday on the 10^th of any month then on the 11^th of the same month, fee is taken without any fine.
If fee is deposited till 20^th  Rs.50/- fine will be charged. From 21^st to 30th of every month Rs. 100/- fine will be charged. If any child’s fee is not deposited for two months, his name will be struck off from the school’s admission record.
If parents need school leaving certificate at any stage, it will be issued when all pending dues are duly deposited.

ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ
ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 10 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 10 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 11 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ 20 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ 50/- ਰੁਪਏ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਵਸੂਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 21 ਤੋਂ 30 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ 100/- ਰੁਪਏ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਵਸੂਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

All the members of the school managing committee, Principal and teachers of the school stand fully committed to imparting quality education to our children so that they may all get fully equipped with skills and strengths that are so badly required in 21^st Century children. We do not ever make any compromise in the teaching learning sessions that are conducted at the school.
If in the new academic session this sort of situation arises that we have to impart education using online mode, we will educate our children in such a way that they will not experience any loss of studies and therefore there will not be any reduction or exemption in any of the fee heads.

ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਾਪੇਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ, ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੈਸ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਜੋ 21ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਨਵੇਂ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਛੋਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਫੀਸ ਸਿਰ.
